Swara Yoga ia an ancient science of panic body rhythms and explores how Prana may be controlled through the breath. Traditionally a closely guarded science, it has been rarely taught outside of India.
Swara Yoga enables us to understand the nature of the breath, its influence on our personality, and develops awareness of the manifestation of Prana within our own being.
This workshop consists of a total of 3.5 hours of video recordings of a program given at the Atma Center in Cleveland Heights, OH on August 2nd, 2019.
