Session One - Food is Prana

This workshop will be held online via Zoom on August 24th, 2025.
Time: 6pm - 8pm US ET
Starting in April we are offering four online sessions focused on Yoga Ecology and Lifestyle. These sessions will build on the foundational knowledge introduced in our April Satsang on Yoga Ecology and Lifestyle. Each 2 hour session will include talks, practises and sadhanas designed to deepen our connection and relationship with Nature thereby bringing us closer to the divine within and around us
The first condition in Yoga Ecology is that we learn to connect and communicate with nature.

Yogic or balanced pranic diet is based on a holistic system of health, benefitting not only the individual but also the planet. Our dietary choices and relationship with food can be our offering to Prakriti or Mother Nature.
Join us on August 24 with Swami Prembhava to explore the principles of a Yogic diet, including yogic attitudes, routines, mantras, and recipes. This session offers simple ways to observe our attitudes and habits towards food, and how to change them thereby enhancing our own health and that of the planet.
